Where custom artwork, label layout, or bulk order preparation is required, a deposit may be requested before work begins.

Artwork/setup deposits are non-refundable once custom design work, label preparation, order sourcing, or bulk order processing has commenced.

Final artwork, label text, quantities, destination details, and order value must be confirmed before final balance payment and order placement.

Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, opened, used, altered, damaged-after-delivery, temperature-compromised, or tampered items cannot be accepted for return.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the item and packaging.
