International Notice: We currently offer tracked shipping to selected European destinations only. Available countries are shown at checkout and may be updated over time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently review and fulfil selected international orders on a case-by-case basis. International shipping is available to selected European destinations where shown at checkout.
Which countries do you currently ship to?
We currently offer selected European shipping options where available at checkout. Availability may vary depending on destination, product type, courier acceptance, and import requirements. If your country is not shown at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.
Does checkout availability guarantee international dispatch?
No. International availability at checkout does not guarantee fulfilment. Orders may be reviewed before dispatch depending on destination, product type, courier acceptance, and import requirements. If fulfilment is not suitable, the order may be cancelled and refunded before dispatch.
How much is international shipping?
International tracked shipping is currently £14.99 where available. The final shipping option and cost will be shown at checkout before payment.
How long does international delivery take?
International delivery is usually estimated at 5–10 working days from dispatch, depending on the destination country, carrier handling, customs processing, and local postal service. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Will I have to pay customs charges, VAT or duties?
International orders may be subject to customs checks, import VAT, duties, local taxes, or carrier handling fees. These charges are set by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.
Do you provide customs documents?
Yes. International parcels include the required customs declaration and are declared accurately with the correct product description, value, and required customs information.
Can you mark the parcel as a gift or reduce the declared value?
No. We cannot mark parcels as gifts, reduce the declared value, or misrepresent the contents. All customs information must be accurate.
What happens if my parcel is held by customs?
Customs decisions are made by the destination country’s authorities. If customs requests more information, please contact us with your order number and any message received. Where appropriate, we may be able to provide supporting information such as a commercial invoice, product information, COA access, or a research-use confirmation letter.
What happens if customs rejects, returns, or seizes a parcel?
If a parcel is returned to us, we will review the situation once it arrives back. Reshipping may require an additional shipping charge. If a parcel is seized, destroyed, held indefinitely, or rejected due to destination-country import rules, this is outside our control and may not be eligible for refund.

How do I verify a batch?
You can verify a batch using the
COA verification page by entering the vial batch number or scanning the QR code where available. Matching records will display linked batch information and COA access.
What does batch verified mean?
Batch verified means that product documentation is linked to a specific batch reference where available, allowing researchers to check supporting COA information through our verification system. This helps improve transparency, traceability, and confidence in product documentation.

Returns, Damaged Parcels & Order Issues
What should I do if my order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?
Please contact support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the item and packaging. Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis before any refund, replacement, or further resolution is confirmed.
Can I return an item?
Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns for opened, used, altered, tampered, temperature-compromised, contaminated, or unwanted items. What happens if my parcel is returned by the courier?
If a parcel is returned to us due to non-delivery, incorrect address details, incomplete address formatting, non-collection, delivery refusal, or failed delivery attempts, any refund, replacement, or reshipment can only be reviewed once the parcel has been physically received back by Evolve Biolab UK.
