Returns
If you purchase from us online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item under applicable consumer law. To exercise this right, you must notify us within this period and return the item within 14 days of telling us that you wish to cancel. Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging where possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you believe you have received an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery where possible with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Photographic evidence may be required so we can review and resolve the matter promptly.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible. For qualifying cancellations, refunds will be issued in line with applicable consumer law once returned goods have been received or otherwise verified.
Shipping Costs
Where a qualifying online order is cancelled within the applicable cancellation period, the cost of standard delivery will usually be refunded. Additional charges for upgraded or non-standard delivery services are generally non-refundable unless required by law or where the return, replacement, or refund is due to an error on our part.
