UK Shipping & Dispatch
Royal Mail Tracked 24
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday can be dispatched the same working day where possible with Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims for next working day delivery after dispatch.
Tracked 24 is a delivery aim and may vary depending on destination, Royal Mail performance, public holidays, and seasonal demand.
Royal Mail Tracked 48
Our standard UK delivery option is Royal Mail Tracked 48. Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 parcels within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Order Cut-Off
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are typically processed and prepared for dispatch the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm, during weekends, or on UK public holidays are processed the next working day.
UK Shipping Rates
Royal Mail Tracked 48 is £4.99 for orders under £60 and free for orders of £60 or more. Royal Mail Tracked 24 is available at checkout for an additional charge.

Selected European Destinations
International shipping is available to selected European destinations where shown at checkout. Availability may change over time, and some orders may be reviewed before dispatch.
International Tracked Shipping
International tracked shipping is currently £14.99 where available. Final shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before payment.
International Delivery Aim
International delivery is usually estimated at 5–10 working days from dispatch, depending on destination country, customs processing, carrier handling, and local postal services.
International delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Customs, VAT & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs checks, import VAT, duties, local taxes, or carrier handling fees. These charges are set by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.
Customs Documentation
International parcels include the required customs declaration and are declared accurately with the correct product description, value, and required customs information.
No Gift or Reduced Value Declarations
We cannot mark parcels as gifts, reduce the declared value, or misrepresent the contents of a shipment. All customs information must be accurate.
Customs Delays or Requests
Customs decisions are made by the destination country’s authorities. If customs requests more information, contact us with your order number and any message received. Where appropriate, we may be able to provide supporting information such as a commercial invoice, product information, COA access, or a research-use confirmation letter.
Returns, Rejection or Seizure
If a parcel is returned to us, we will review the situation once it arrives back. Reshipping may require an additional shipping charge. If a parcel is seized, destroyed, held indefinitely, or rejected due to destination-country import rules, this is outside our control and may not be eligible for refund.
Tracking, Responsibility & Compliance
Tracked Delivery
Once dispatched, customers receive tracking details so they can follow the progress of their order through the delivery network.
Responsibility & Accuracy
Where we arrange delivery, UK orders remain our responsibility until they have been delivered to the customer or to a person identified by the customer to take delivery. Customers must ensure shipping details are entered accurately.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations relating to the purchase, import, possession, and intended research use of products supplied by Evolve Biolab UK.
Order Review
Evolve Biolab UK reserves the right to review, cancel, or refund any order before dispatch if we believe the destination country, product type, or import risk makes fulfilment unsuitable.
